WE. DID. IT!! It’s the weekend..woo-hoo! I swear, I looked at the clock at 11:15 AM on Wednesday, and when I checked it again 2 hours later..it was still 11:15 AM..seriously! LOL! 🙂 The simple fact that it’s the weekend is cause for celebration, but it’s a long weekend! Thank you to all of the heroes that have & continue to provide us with our freedom..YAY! And is there any better way to celebrate a hero or a weekend morning than with a leisurely & delicious breakfast…nope! 🙂
Especially when that breakfast is a sky high, creamy & fruity pile of waffles! Regular waffles..you ask? NOO!! These waffles are filled with super healthy Black Cherry Greek Yogurt, all toasty and dripping in cherries! The slight tang from the yogurt is such a nice balance to the sweet waffles..and the perfect way to start your amazing day ahead! 🙂
This tasty tower is so super simple too! You’ll have the family gathered around the table in a matter of minutes. The smell of these fluffy and fruity waffles is enough to wake the neighbors..be prepared to make an extra batch! 🙂
