I’m not sure how it happened, but somehow I managed to live most of my adult life without trying one of the BEST food combos EVER. Peanut Butter and Honey! I actually blamed my Mom for having “kept” this from me my whole life..lol! 😉
This perfect pair just begged to be immortalized in a tasty Bar. And not just any Bar! I’m talking about a Graham Cracker Crusted, Toffee filled, Chocolate layered, sticky Honey’d, Peanut Buttery Bar! <THAT kind of Bar!
Yeah, it’s safe to say that after one bite, I was done for, any self control that I thought I had..flew out the window, taking all of my top pants buttons with it! 🙂
What you’ll need:
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Graham Crackers..enough to evenly cover the bottom of your pan
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1 cup Toffee Bits
1 cup Peanuts
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Honey
A baking pan..I used 9×9
Directions:
Line your pan with foil, making sure to hang it over the edge, and spray it with non-stick spray!
Layer the bottom of your pan with Graham Crackers..NO need to break them up!
In a medium bowl, mix together the Sweetened Condensed Milk, Peanut Butter and Honey, set aside…
Evenly sprinkle the Chocolate Chips, Toffee Bits and Peanuts on top of the Graham Crackers…
Now pour the Peanut Butter mix evenly over the top…
Bake it at 350 for approx. 30-45 minutes..
OR until it’s firm and golden!
Serve it up and feel free to add an extra drizzle of honey~

WHAT COULD BE USED INSTEAD OF HONEY? WE HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER ALLERGIC TO HONEY 🙁 WAS THINKING MAYBE DRIZZLE CHOCOLATE (THE KIND THAT HARDENS) OVER IT. WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK TAKING ALL SUGGESTIONS :o) THANK YOU!
Would agave nectar work as far as allergies?
try syrup
Melt some brown sugar in butter in a sauce pan o med to med-high heat. Let it cool before you mix it in with milk and pb.
