This is one of those “Why not” recipes!  Why add Beer to your Beans? ..Why not?!  Why add some spice to your Beans? ..Why not?  The Bacon, of course,  doesn’t beg a question at all..because, it’s umm..Bacon !  LOL!  🙂

All kidding aside, these Spicy & Tipsy Beans could win a Blue Ribbon Award..they are TO DIE FOR delicious and SOOOO easy!

What you’ll need:

2 cans of Pinto Beans

2 Jalapeno Peppers

A few slices of Bacon

1 Med. Onion

1 Bottle of your fave Beer

1 squirt of Ketchup

1 squirt of Mustard

1 tsp. Chile Powder

1 tbsp. Molasses

S&P to taste


Cut up the onion and add everything into a Medium Pot.  Simmer for approx. 45 mins. to an hour, or until the Beans are super tender and thick!

Grab a bowl, a blanket, a good movie..and dig in!  ~Enjoy!  🙂
