What do you get when you combine moist Cake, melted Butter, sticky Honey and drippy Glaze with a sizzling hot skillet?  A giant Hot Honey Buttery Bun of  Beautiful Heaven..that’s what!!  🙂

There are no words that exist in any language that can do this deliciousness justice!  Maybe some whimpers and noises coming out of your mouth that you’ve never heard before, but that’s about it…lol

THIS is seriously the best dessert I think I’ve ever, ever…EVER tasted!  It’s so easy that all I can say is go whip this up and you’ll see what I mean!

~Then come back here and let me know what words you came up with to describe it!  🙂

What you’ll need:

THE CAKE:

A 9″ Cast Iron Skillet..OR any 9″ cake pan!

1 Box White Cake Mix

3 Eggs

1/3 cup Honey

1 cup Water

2 tbsp. Melted Butter

Some Butter for topping~

THE GLAZE:

1 cup Powdered Sugar

1 tbsp. Melted Butter

1 tbsp. Honey

1 tbsp. Water

Directions:

In a medium bowl mix up the Batter by adding the Cake mix, 1/3 cup Honey, 3 Eggs, 2 tbsp. melted Butter and 1 cup of water~mix until it’s lump free…hopefully smoother than mine!

Pour it 3/4 of the way up the sides of the Skillet…

In a small bowl mix the Glaze by combining 1 cup Powdered Sugar, 1 tbsp. Melted Butter, 1 tbsp. Honey and 1 tbsp. Water, mix until smooth and thick.  If it’s too thick, simply add a few extra drops of water…set it aside!

Bake the Cake at 350 for approx. 25-30 minutes, or until it’s golden brown and cooked through.

Bring out that Sizzlin’ Skillet and drizzle the Glaze ALL OVER IT!  Now add some Butter…Just do it!

This is only the best looking and smelling dessert presentaion in the world!

Grab a big plate full….and maybe a drizzle of some more Honey!

…do what comes naturally!  ~Enjoy!  🙂
