Well, I was just going to throw these seeds out~~I won’t say it was laziness or anything like that..haha!  I just wasn’t looking forward to taking a half an hour to separate all the slimy seeds from the Pumpkin flesh!  However, once I got past the slime factor, and saw what was becoming of these sweet seeds, …I was SO glad I saved them!

They’re so different from typical Pumpkin Seeds…sweet, slightly spicy, glazed little crunchy bites of toasty Pumpkiny goodness!  Ahhh..Finally seeds that aren’t just good…they’re SUPER GOOD!  🙂

What you’ll need for approx. 2 FULL cups of Seeds:

4 tablespoons butter

1 cup Cinnamon /Sugar…mixed to taste

1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

A small dash of Cayenne Pepper…optional

1 teaspoon Salt

Directions:

In a medium pot or microwave safe bowl melt the spices with the Butter,

Toss in your Pumpkin Seeds, coat them VERY well and spread them out evenly onto a sheet pan…

Bake them at 375 degrees for approx. 20-30 minutes~  KEEP AN EYE ON THEM…Sugar burns fast!

Let them cool…

They will crisp up as they cool, and become glazed and almost candy-like!  Grab some! ~Enjoy!  🙂
