When I had the opportunity to try out Wild Planet Foods, I was beyond excited!  Not only am I a huge fan of this product, but I love seafood!  I knew that the quality of whatever I wanted to make was going to be top notch, and that the end result would be incredible!  I was right!

From the moment I opened the can of Salmon, I could see the amazing, all natural color was like nothing I’ve ever seen before from a canned product!  I decided to showcase this incredible delicacy in the form of Tropical Salmon Patties.  Rich Salmon studded with crushed Pineapple, fresh Cilantro and grill to a golden crisp.  Paired with a sweet Hawaiian Roll and OMGosh~  Salmon Slider HEAVEN!  🙂

What you’ll need:

1 -6 oz. can of Wild Sockeye Salmon

1 cup of crushed/drained Pineapple..divided

1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

1 egg

salt and pepper to taste

Hawaiian Rolls..one per slider

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the salmon, cilantro, pineapple, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasoning..mix well!

Form the patties into about 2″ rounds..

Grill them up until they’re evenly golden, and cooked through..

Eat them up like this…

OR…Build your slider if you’d like, topping the patties with the remaining crush pineapple…
