Little did I know how simple, fast & easy this recipe would be, especially for the incredible payoff it provided, but here we are! What you’ll need:
Bertolli 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
4 flour tortillas
Lemon Pepper/OR any seasoning you prefer
Simply stay the tortillas, and sprinkle on the seasoning…
Cut them into chips…
Lay them in a single layer onto a lined sheet pan…
Bake them at 350 degrees for approx. 15 minutes, or until they’re evenly crisp and golden.
Let them cool..
DIG IN~ You can dip them if you’d like..but honestly the flavor is so amazing..you won’t beed any dip! ~Enjoy! 🙂

I love to use olive oil to make homemade potato chips in the microwave – in about five minutes. Yummy and easy to portion control if you are watching your carbs!
I love putting it on popcorn with some nutritional yeast.. delicious!
