I’ve been on such a “shot” kick lately, one would think that I actually drink TONS of alcohol..lol!  But I just can’t help it, these ideas just come to me, and they leave me no choice but to bring them ALL to life…so here we are!

This time, I wanted to do something so unique, so different, and so darn tasty that no one will ever feel the buzz coming on.  This tipsy shot is like a dessert that will eventually kick you in the butt and leave you in the tastiest, tipsiest krispie treat heaven you can imagine.

Each shot “glass” is an actual rice krispie treat, filled with the sweetest, smoothest, spiked pudding imaginable!  Only then to be topped with an innocent looking swirl of whipped cream…because..Awww!

The kids will be sad &  jealous that these are off limits..and you will be loved, as you quickly become the most popular ADULT person in the room!  🙂

Make a huge batch of these adorable shots and crunch through the fun, they couldn’t be easier!

What you’ll need for 8 shots:

8 shot glasses

3 cups of Rice Krispies

20 regular sized marshmallows

1 tbsp. butter

whipped cream for topping..optional

The tipsy JELLO Pudding;

1-3oz. box of Vanilla instant JELLO Pudding

between 1/4 and 1 cup of A sweet flavored Vodka (I used Cake flavor)  The alcohol amounts will be up to you, we’re just replacing some of the cold milk in the pudding box instructions…the more alcohol, the more um..buzz!

Directions:

In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

Add KELLOGG’S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated.

Line your shot glasses with an opened zip bag, getting the baggie all the way to the bottom of the glasses (btw..plastic wrap doesn’t work..it’s too sticky)

Pack some of the sticky cereal down into the lined glass, making sure it’s packed in there nice and tight…

Place them into the fridge for faster set up, and to stay cool while you make the filling.

Now, make the spiked JELLO Pudding!

Replace as much of the milk with alcohol as you’d like, just stir it in as you would the water…

Stir until it’s nice and thick…

When the krispie treats have firmed up, leave them in the plastic/glasses and make a hole inside the center gently with a knife, or your finger, to create a space for the pudding, making sure not to cut through the bottom of course…

Simply pull up on the baggie to easily remove the rice krispie treat ‘shot glass’ from the glass, remove the bag and set them on a flat surface to gently push to mold a flat bottom.

Now fill them up with that sweet, tipsy pudding…

Right before serving, top them with some whipped cream, if you’d like…

And get to shooting those amazingly delicious shots!  ~CHEERS!
