Well, that BIG game is right around the corner.. and we know what that means… SNACKS!
Yep~ that one day a year when we can indulge in delicious delights all in the name of sportsmanship..lol. You’ll be ‘passing’ these babies, and going long for the win with each and every crispy and tender wing.
These beauties are generously coated in spicy seasoned chips, and then plunged into warm queso… take cover, because you will be tackled for sure.
Whip these up and you will be the MVP of the kitchen.. MAKE LOTS!
What you’ll need:
12-15 chicken wings
3 cups crushed tortilla chips
2 eggs
1 cup flour
oil for frying
cheese sauce for dipping
sliced jalapenos for spice..optional
Directions:
Crush up the chips…
Dry the chicken, and coat it in a dusting of flour…
Mix the eggs until smooth, place into a med bowl, and evenly coat the chicken…
Generously coat the chicken in the crumbs…
And fry them up in the hot (350 degree) oil until evenly golden and cooked through…
Get crazy with the cheese, and semi-crazy with the jalapenos…
And serve them up…
Plate them UP!
Be careful not to get tackled. ~Enjoy! 🙂
