Most of our peers are either water or vinegar based with flavoring. Kumana uses real vegetable & fruit purees as a base, giving it a distinguishing taste and positioning itself in the premium & better-for-you categories. We’re also non-GMO verified, use no added sugars, are plant based and gluten free.

After working at Goldman Sachs & Toyota, Francisco decided to pursue his passion for business with food and flavor and founded Kumana. The team’s first product is based on sharing a recipe from his homeland, Venezuela and he can’t wait to hear how you like it.

Todd’s quest for new and exciting foods took him on a year-long backpacking trip throughout southeast Asia and Australia. In his travels and in the restaurant and artisanal food biz, he’s discovered the fun and flair of unexpected flavor combinations inspired from around the world.

Having spent his entire career in Venezuela, Roberto decided to venture out towards new challenges. Being ever proud of his roots, he jumped at the chance to work with his brother and Todd at Kumana, hoping to promote his country’s name in a positive light.

Spending his last 20 years in manufacturing and CPG companies such as popchips, Peter jumped at the opportunity to join Kumana. Only his passion for food outshines his love for operations and he is eager to get his hands on every bottle being produced.

After more than 35 years in strategic sales, design, branding and marketing, Jeremy’s senior management and graphic arts resume is a salute to the country’s most iconic brands. Think Apple, Levi’s, Paramount Pictures, popchips, and Chobani. Prior to Launchpad, as a co-founder of Level One, his relationships with buyers and marketers, strategists and designers presents enviable connections in the food industry. Jeremy was named to Forbes Magazine and Circle Up’s 2017 Top 25 Catalysts Dealmakers and Influencers in the Consumer Industry.

Pat is a senior executive who has successfully concepted and launched numerous revenue- generating retail channel businesses and brands. Pat was the President and co-founder of popchips, Inc. which he helped build into a leading brand in North America and the U.K. He now serves as the CEO of Kona Deep, an innovative new beverage brand. Pat served as Vice President of Costco, where he launched and managed a number of highly successful new business ventures for Costco.
