Oh Lordy.. what have I done? When I start with that question, we know it’s about to get a little bit crazy around here haha!

It seems as though, I maybe, might have, possibly taken a Big Mac, and turned it into crispy, delicious, savory, and umm.. unique, FRIES! And if you were looking for a way to make a Big Mac even worse for you super fun, today is your lucky day!

Make a batch of these, and watch how many kids suddenly want to be your friend! And by ‘kids’ I mean kids AND kids at heart.. so basically everyone! Yes, you will be very, very popular!

Make LOTS!

What you’ll need for 12 fries:

2 BIG MACS

12 wonton wrappers (the square)

oil for frying

sesame seeds for sprinkling

Mac Sauce for dipping

Friends for laughing at you.. (while they eat them)

Directions:

Place each Big Mac between parchment paper, and gently press down…

Add some weight to them (like a pot) for a few minutes, and then put the Big Macs into the freezer for at least 2 hours to overnight…

Slice each SUPER cold Big Mac  into equal sized “fries”…

Place one “fry” in the center of a egg roll wrapper, wet the edges with water, and roll them up…

Fry them one at a time in the hot (350 degree) oil, until they’re evenly golden…

While they’re hot, sprinkle them with some sesame seeds…

Serve them with some Mac Sauce and ketchup…

And then DIG IN, you’ll be LOVIN’ IT! ~Enjoy! 🙂
