Calling all artists!! This March and April, we are excited to offer a super fun at-home baking activity that the whole family can enjoy together!

Little GF Chefs will learn how to make the most delicious sugar cookies, cookie icing, and multi-color plant-based food safe paints!  It’s three activities in one that you can spread out over two days or do all at once, the choice is yours!

The baking kit comes with three cookie cutters, including egg, bunny and carrot shapes as well as a cookie paint brush.

The Watercolor Cookie Kit makes 18 cookies and includes:

  • Bunny, Easter Egg and Carrot Cookie Cutters (All 3 are included in each kit)

  • Icing Mix

The mixes and decorating supplies that come in your kit are all gluten free, dairy free, egg free, peanut free, soy free, sesame free, tree nut free and artificial dye free. 

  • Sugar cookie mix: rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour, xanthan gum, pectin (lemon derivative), organic sugar, aluminum free baking powder, kosher salt
  • Icing: organic cane sugar, organic tapioca starch
  • Plant based dyes: red raddish, beet root color, spirulina extract, turmeric color, organic maltodextrin, citric acid, vegetable gum, annatto seed color, mica based pearlescent pigment

Little GF Chefs is a monthly baking club for kids designed to empower, educate and create FUN memories in the kitchen.

We offer 1-12 month subscriptions and one-time kits. Every month, club members will receive a baking kit in the mail that includes a unique and fun recipe along with all of the dry ingredients and decorating supplies needed to make it. Each kit also includes a cooking tool, so your little chefs can start their own baking supply collection.


All baking kit mixes are full of delicious flavor and fun, but free from gluten, artificial dyes, sesame and the top 8 most common allergens including dairy and nuts.

They’re also vegan friendly, so if a recipe is not already vegan it includes instructions to adapt it.

We purchase ingredients from gluten free and top 8 free facilities and our facility is also free of gluten and the top allergens.




Our mission is to help children on restricted diets address their anxiety and low self-confidence in a healthy and fun way.

Children that have celiac disease or food allergies are at a much higher risk for developing anxiety (rooted in real fears) and low self-confidence.

Baking helps to empower children by teaching them to have a positive relationship with food, and that no matter their diet restrictions they don’t have to live without.

Just like other kids, they can have fun in the kitchen too and the Little GF Chefs baking kits help facilitate that. Learning baking skills at a young age also teaches club members an important life skill that will help them take care of themselves in the future.


Jereann Zann is the founder of Little GF Chefs, and the proud mom of two amazing kids. Her daughter has celiac disease and a dairy allergy, while her son has gluten sensitivity.

One of the biggest challenges she faces raising children on restricted diets is helping them build self confidence when they often feel different or left out at school and social gatherings. When she realized that getting her kids in the kitchen was having a tremendous, positive impact on their self-confidence and teaching them to have a positive relationship with food, she was compelled to help other families through Little GF Chefs.

Jereann is also the recipe creator, chief dish washer and photographer at Celiac Mama, as well as a national speaker, celiac disease advocate, and member of International Women’s Forum.
