You know those amazingly forbidden 4,500-ish calorie Taco Salads that you get at the drive-thru?  That salad that you’d never in a million years consider indulging in?  Even though you know how good it would be, despite the fact that they’re the biggest food lie ever!  I mean, there’s really nothing salad-like about them..lol!  Well, now you can totally enjoy all the horribly indulgent flavors of those salads, without needing your fat pants! It’s true! 🙂

These salads can be popped in your mouth at a moments notice, over & over again!  With each bite you’ll be convinced that you’re breaking your calorie bank, when in reality..you’re almost making a calorie deposit..haha!  The crispy salad “shell” is only one Tostito’s Scoop, filled with a dot of lean ground beef, fat free beans and all of those fun ‘Salad’ toppings, like ummm..lettuce! 😉  You can eat as many of these taco salads as you darn well want to,  and not feel one ounce of guilt!

Keep these in mind for Cinco De Mayo..woo-hoo! 🙂

 

 

What you’ll need:

Tostitos Scoops..as many as you want!

Lean Ground Beef, a little goes a long way

1 packet of Taco Bell’s Taco Seasoning

Shredded Lettuce

Shredded Cheddar

Ranch Dressing

Chopped Tomatoes

Salsa/Hot Sauce..optional

 

 

 

Directions:

Brown up the beef until it’s fully cooked and season it with the Taco Bell Seasoning

Then simply assemble the Scoops as if they were those seam splitting ‘salads” at the drive-thru!

 

 

Cute-ify them with a dot of Ranch or Salsa and serve them up!

Make sure to make bunches of these, they disappear in record time!  It would be fun to serve them with mini Margartias!  ~Enjoy!  🙂
